How to read it
Each panel compares January through August 2025, after the January 5, 2025 launch, with the same months of 2024. Vehicle entries run daily from launch.
Data and method
Bus speeds use weekday peak segments inside and outside the zone; subway figures use average weekday inbound origin–destination ridership to stations in the zone from outside it. Full methods
Limits
Year-over-year changes reflect everything that changed between 2024 and 2025, not the toll alone. The MTA notes that entry counts are not revenue: they omit exemptions, payment methods, and repeat entries.
