Regional Through-Running Scenario Explorer

Compare one-seat access, reachable residents and jobs, frequency, and transfer outcomes across the modeled current direct and one-transfer rail network and regional operating scenarios. Regional outcomes combine strict walking access with NJ TRANSIT Rail, Long Island Rail Road, Metro-North, and Amtrak service. They exclude NYC Subway, PATH, bus, ferry, other onward transit, and journeys requiring two or more rail transfers; New Jersey local fixed-route measures appear only as separate context. The 6,107-tract geography includes all 21 New Jersey counties; the New York counties of Bronx, Dutchess, Kings, Nassau, New York, Orange, Putnam, Queens, Richmond, Rockland, Suffolk, and Westchester; and only Fairfield and New Haven counties in Connecticut. Seventeen zero-land, water-only Census tracts are excluded. New York and Connecticut results are not statewide. Declared sensitivity presets are analytical inputs, not agency service plans.
